I really appreciate the hospitality offered by the staff, and enjoyed my family trip at the hotel.
The indoor swimming pool and the sauna was very relaxing.
I wish I could come to enjoy the outdoor pool in summer.
Breakfast was excellent, and the Napoli pizza right across the hotel was one of the best pizzas in Europe.

The room is clean and sanitary, and the bathroom is relatively small. The hotel is not far from the central fountain and can be reached on foot. There is a Chinese restaurant called Wuming Restaurant near the fountain, which is delicious. The hotel's breakfast is extremely cost-effective. I know the hotel from last year and don't know what happened there. Actually a well-located hotel with a pool and its own garage. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience this time. You don't feel welcome when you check in and the line at reception is always long because the staff seem to want to deal with "more important" things than guests. Our room was noisy as it faced the street and was dirty. After complaining, we got a new room, which was quieter but only half the size. The pool was still closed at 10 a.m. and unfortunately, apart from the friendly people from the valet service, I can't think of much that would make me go back to this hotel.
